UpBalance is a highly engaging mobile app with AI algorithms and a personalized development path preventing burnout within teams, issue not so uncommon these days. It's therapeutic program based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), focuses on well-being, supporting individuals working under time pressure and in demanding environments. The program's synergistic approach impacts employees, managers, and leaders, helping them integrate new habits into their daily routines.
My role was to co-create in-app animations and produce the promotional video ensuring that the products's core elements, benefits and purpose were effectively communicated.
